As an organization, we respect and adhere to all laws governing human rights, labor, the dignity of work, as well as safety in all forms in conducting business with us. We uphold good business practices at local, national, and international levels.
All shareholders, management, employees, and clients under the organization are required to treat each other, regardless of creed, race, or religion, with the respect and dignity needed to carry out one’s duties for a cohesive environment.
No discrimination of any form shall be tolerated by the organization and persons governed by this policy.
In the event of non-compliance with this policy by any member of staff, third-party business partner, or client, appropriate channels have been provided to address such complaints.
In situations where the complaint is not addressed satisfactorily to the complainant, the said person can escalate the issue as deemed necessary for further steps to be taken in resolving the complaint.
All complaints shall be recorded and documented at every stage until resolution has been achieved and all parties appropriately dealt with.
Any person(s) found to be guilty of infringing on other human rights will be dismissed outright from our organization.
